* Prop. 23 will result in 169 million tons more air pollution, and will increase public health risks;

* It will jeopardize 500,000 jobs and $10 billion in private investment in California clean energy businesses (already we've seen a significant slowdown in the green energy market because of Prop. 23); [1] and

* Increase consumer energy costs by up to $650 per year by keeping us addicted to costly oil.
